Originally nicknamed “The City Of Dreams,” Port Townsend, Washington was once thought to become the largest harbor on the west coast. In the early years, the town was a bustling hub of commerce with ornate victorian style buildings. The depression, however, was not kind to the town. Today the seaside town is a primary destination for tourists and retirees. This 4 1/4” solid smooth maple has a golden color reminiscent of the sun reflecting off the water on the Olympic Peninsula.
